In 1976 Norbert and Judy Koenig had a vision of a family owned and run business, but never imagined it would be in the lumber business. They bought the small one man Fairfax operation and along with other family members joining the company as the business grew, have grown into one of the largest, most respected home centers in the southern South Dakota area. We're known for our great customer service and great pricing along with diversification into kitchen and bath, door and window, ag building, design service, survellance systems, home audio/video and much, much more.
